What is Glaucoma

I am very grateful to Dato. Dr. Loo Cheen Yeng of Laser Pro Eye Centre, Seremban for recommending me to have iStent for treating my glaucoma problem. I was on 4 antiglaucoma eye drops, my eyes were red, dry, and burning. And my eyelashes were growing inward, it was so painful. I went to many eye specialists, and they suggested I go for a trabeculectomy, they said that I would have to take extra care after the surgery and my eyes would be red, itch, and painful for a long time, and they couldn’t guarantee the results and they said that the risk of failure would be high. I was scared. I finally met Dr. Loo and decided to have my eyes treated by her after knowing that I didn’t have to rush for the trabeculectomy. She offered me iStent. Being a comprehensive surgeon, Dr. Loo first fixed my eyelash problem. Then she implanted iStent on my right eye on 15/02/2022. After the operation, my left eye pressure dropped from 22mmhg to 15 mmHg and I looked much better because she stopped some of my eye drops. Four months later, I decided to have iStent operated on my left eye on 6/9/2022. Now my both eyes' pressure has been very constant at 15mmhg without any eye drops! I feel so comfortable, and everyone notices that my eyes look much better and my life is back to normal like many years ago, I strongly recommend those who suffer from eye problems, to go to Dato Dr. Loo for treatments. because there is no side effect and most of all, it is worth the money spent on iStent.
